Dungeon Vandals was created for a 24-hour game jam hosted by Ubisoft Romania. My responsibilities included art, animation and character design. Teaming up with S. Rizea (code) and N. Berbece (design and special effects) we took home 1st prize with this local multiplayer party game.
Staying true to the "INPUT MADNESS" theme requested by Ubisoft, two players using gamepads would try to survive the attacks of the third player, which used the keyboard to spawn dangerous objects on the screen.
The main challenge of this project was to make the right decisions when editing, so we would have enough time to develop and deliver it after 24 hours. Also being very tired toward the end and dealing with a pretty strong earthquake while on the 34th floor.
